15 Days!!!! Tick, Tick, Tick....
Ok, today was one of those days.... Again.
If I hear one more person ask me if I was named after the hurricane, I swear I am gonna ask them if they used their brain that day.... I am wayyyy older than a 1 wk old storm... Hello!!!! McFly!!!!
I am soooo tired, but I can't sleep and this is why I am up blogging and staring at the computer screen vs the backs of my eyelids.
Can today be Friday? oh, no... it's only gonna be Thursday. I have to do something with my weight, and my health.... There is something going on and I am either treated like I am a wack-a-doo or they will just start cutting stuff out and put drugs into my body. Sigh.... I need to do some research and see what is going to work for me personally and see what is going be the best for me to stick with. I do NOT want to "D~I~E~T" per se, but live healthier, happier life... I think that I have to get in the habit of at least 10-40 mins on treadmill. I want to also get an elliptical as I think it will be a lot easier on my crackity knees.
And on the Crackity knee note, I am going to try and go to bed and stay asleep past 2am tonight (morning).
